The name Madara keeps coming up is what he is saying, his list is of people who have stated tobi is Madara
Hell when tobi took his mask off Kisame said
"Madara, i mean...Mizukage"
Ive said it before and il say it again
Madara is supposed to be DEAD
He doesnt want everyone knowing hes alive, so he wears a MASK, and in order to not fall over all the time he simply put a hole in the mask so he can see where he's going.
Tobi IS Madara.
Kisame said it
Itachi said it
Sasukes reaction shows its nobody he noticed as a child-meaning its an older clan member at least, or a very high up one he didnt know of.
Jiraiya and the 4th guessed it.
The kages all agree Madara was the only one who could control the fox, and the 4th stated it was tobi, who himself says he is Madara.
Quite honestly if Kishi does make tobi someone else, and not Madara, then wtf??
Why did Kisame call him Madara if he's not??
Why did they all call him Madara if he's not??

I just don't think that Kishi would have gone through all that effort of drawing what he told Sasuke, only to eventually find out he was lying. Seems like a pointless couple of chapters if that was so.
