so she can basically just draw, madara, obito, naruto, and other people to die, and they'll die
so yea technically she is the strongest char ever, even though she's a filler char

No, Itachi's genjutsu is stronger then that. And then you have KA. soo no. Senjus i believe have a way to counter Genjutsu.. (Only way they could've stood a chance against the Uchiha).

at this thread man, she is pretty godly as she has the power to rule over life and death and she can draw someone's fate of dying, she could tactically kill anyone in narutoverse if in a safe distance but in combat she can still beat most people but not EVERYONE

Filler characters are retarded. Even if she did have such a mary sue power(painting shit effects reality) Madara would stomp her painfully. She can't paint when her arms are gone and she is on fire.
