I still watched all the movies despite acting like I didn't want to. IMHO, the last two movies were ok. Though I'm more of a 'Supernatural' vampire fan, what with all the ingrown retractable fangs and deadman blood.

I don't hate Twilight, I just don't like the series. In particular I can't stand the way the series has completely bastardized the idea of vampires and werewolves. I watched part of the first movie, but couldn't watch anymore after Edward didn't die an excruciating death when the sun hit him. I'm pretty sure that would have made the series much more enjoyable.

As for all of the talk about Justin Beiber and One Direction, I couldn't care less about them either. One Direction will eventually go the way of the Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls, and Beiber is probably going to get horribly addicted to some illegal substance.

I´ve read the first book and watched the first film.

To say the truth, I was disappointed even though I was not expecting much from the start. It is not written well and the movie is an utter shambles.

As everyone is aware of, it's a trend to hate on Twilight. You're "cool" if you talk trash about it. Though, some people may geniunly hate it. I think the only people that should hate it are true vampire fans. If I were crazy about vampires, I wouldn't like movies about lovey dovey, sparkling vampires either since they're really supposed to be gruesome, sinister, and such. Twilight isn't so bad at all, though it doesn't deserve all the attention it gets. Only movies like Inception, the Avengers, Cloud Atlas, etc should get attention to that level.

I read all the books, watched all the movies. The writing is increadibly lazy, the fact that they are vampires is basically pushed to the side in a way that makes you wonder what the book is actually about.

The movies did the impossible and made it even worse.
