Does Madara have Tsukuyomi?

Madaras plan is to cast Tsukuyomi on avery person in the nv right? So can Madara use Tsukuyomi?

i duno im sure having ems already makes madaras tsukiyomi better but again he lived way longer than itachi and fought probably more stronger ppl so i have a feeling madaras tsuki is better if not on par with itachi

This isn't about kishi giving false info, this is about Sasuke, the character not having unlimited knowledge like you suppose he does... Characters aren't all knowing just because kishi writes it... deidara still thinks sasuke's jutsu is called Raikiri......

No ! This was a 3 tomoe sharingan genjutsu. We actually never saw Madara use Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu (even not vs the Kages), so i wondered if he actually has Tsukuyomi.
