Books...
Being as ignorant as I maybe, I see that book reading is common among others and while I am not a conformist (ok maybe I am with this), I haven't read any (good books). I just wanted to hear some recommendations from you all; What are some good books to check out? I want to turn reading into a hobby

Re: Books...
Reading is a good hobby .....
but to decide what book to read you must first select what genre to choose from??
if you are like me who likes suspense/thrillers you would enjoy sidney Sheldon books ....they are a classic

Re: Books...
I'd recommend books by Sandra Brown, J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, etc. Then again, I don't know what sort of genre's you would prefer, so can't really make a great suggestion lol.

@Kuro: Of course, we need ****(s) in our lives, not me personally
@kmrasengan: Thanks, I'll check it out
@Gray Uchiha: I'm looking more towards the fantasy/sci-fi/biographical genres; you know things to expand your knowledge and imagination at the same time as I myself am trying to create my own manga/anime one day

Re: Books...
Reading is a hobby which must be developed inside all of us.
Some of the books I've read recently are:
Religional Books:
The Bible
Quran
Bhagwad Gita
Emotional:
The God of small things - Arundhati Roy
The girl mechanic of Whaskow - Unknown
Hilarious/ Funny:
Diary of a wimpy kid (all seven books) - Jeff kinney.
Thank You.

I liked the movie (the first one) and they always say the books are better than the movies so I'll give it a check. Thanks

Re: Books...
The 5 people you meet in heaven is a really good book (not religious). its about a guy who after he dies, meets the 5 people that most affected his life for good or worse. its an interesting book. not very long too

If you look past some of the more, eh, ***gy aspects, the first book is actually quite okay.
I haven't read it all, but Meyer's a good writer. Her style's pleasant.

King is the King. Go for Martin, too and if you have any interest in History; try Ken Follett.
