My First Attempt at Coloring with Photoshop

This is a sample panel from a story I've been working on (events after Shippuuden where Naruto is a little more grown-up) and I decided to take a shot at coloring with Photoshop. This is my first attempt at coloring with Photoshop. Any feedback, negative or positive, is highly appreciated. Thanks!

For what I can understand (sorry, I'm very sleepy), ya traced this and the colored? :confused:
The glows are really well made, but the shading needs more work.

Actually I pencilled it, inked it and scanned it then colored it. ;-)
