Kagami Uchiha (??????, Uchiha Kagami) was shinobi from the Konohagakure,Kagami Uchiha (??????, Uchiha Kagami)
Kagami Uchiha was in the same team as Danzo Shimura, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Torifu Akimichi, Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane.
These people were trained by the Second Hokage so they were alive when Madara and Hashirama was alive aswell. When Madara was killed by Hashirama Kagami swore to avenge Madara. Madara was his hero and Kagami followed his war ideals.

Tobirama knew this because he was his master and thats why he secluded the Uchihas to prevent an uprising.
After the first Shinobi world war. The Second Hokages unit came very far. Danzo created Root, Hiruzen became Hokage and Homura and Koharu became respected advisors to the Hokages. Kagami tried to provoke the Second Shinobi war. Nagato said that Konoha started this war. Hiruzen was Hokage during this and he wouldnt do this but Nagato was not wrong. It was Kagami who was a konoha ninja who started the war and made it look like Konoha was to blame.
It was during the second shinobi war that Nagato awakend the Rinnegan and the original akatsuki was formed by Yahik

2.As an Uchiha, Kagami was one of the members that were able to awaken his clan's kekkei genkai: the Sharingan, which granted him basic abilities such as seeing the flow of chakra, the ability to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, some predictive capabilities, as well as the ability to copy techniques that the user sees amongst other things.

Kagami is introduced only in the manga I believe. He is a legit character but little is known about him or his abilities and whether he could activate the sharingan or not.

i am not a friend with a a mod, beside, how can a uchiha become a part of the Hokage's team and he don't even have the sharingan!
