Send your chakra into the sky and then cause loads of Lightning bolts to come down, so strong that even though the enemy escapes underground, it'll still affect them as it weakens the earth all around. Then you can combo this shizzz easily.

I'm sure I could think of a few uses for the lightning

I first gather a large amount of wind chakra which I release in front of me, manipulating it to create a large wall of wind. As you release the fire jutsu at me I use my wind chakra to shift the polarity of the wind, causing the fire jutsu to be propelled directly back at you. The fire picks up some power from the wind it picked up from its encounter with the wall.

O__O That's a powerful jutsu.

Yay, I learnt some stuff

I want you to charge you body with raiton chakra and then release it from all of your body as a steady wave of electricity. Make sure it's not too strong to be noticed by the opponent though.

Use it to feel out others electro magnetic field based of the interaction between your enhanced field and there normal field, metallic objects will also resonate differently when you do this, allowing you to detect them easily. Blindfold your self and throw a kunai at my clone.

Started it in first person and suddenly realized I sounded like a douche so I switched to third.

Closing his eyes, Kiritsugu easily switched over to his dominant chakra, feeling the wild sizzling of Raiton chakra as it surged throughout his body. He begun releasing it in a rather gentle manner from his chakra points, reminding himself of a calm and quiet wind as he did so.

Once he felt that he had accustomed himself to the sway of this jutsu, he reached into his pocket for two explosive tags, tying them together around his eyes as a sort of blindfold.

Much like his many usages of Rain Tiger of Will, this jutsu resonated in a similar matter, although the small shocks were a much more different way of notifying him of the situation. It became easy to tell that Shinta was standing about several meters of him, about eleven kunais in his pocket while his clone was about one meter from him, standing behind a tree.

(Raiton: Denki Kando Jutsu) Lightning Release: Electrical Sensitivity Technique

Description: The user will emit a constant electric field from their entire body, too small to be seen without or have any physical effect on the surroundings. This electric field is designed to bounce off of objects and people rebounding back to the user, in this way the user has learned to “feel” the world around them for a limited distance and has developed a sixth sense about them. This field is especially sensitive to metals and other objects that conduct or emit electricity (water, animals, humans) allowing them to operate blind if necessary. This can be used to sense ambushes and when combined with the Chakra Sensing Technique makes for an unsurpassable ability to “feel” the enemies presence

- Remains active for five turns,

Okay, we can start Infuse you tendons, ligaments and the surrounding muscles with your lightning chakra and use them to stimulate the muscles to move you arm. This also works if your nerves are paralysed somehow, and allows you to move like normal... after you get used to it.

With the burning pain running through my shoulder, I shove it back then with a sudden willpower as I charge up my Lightning chakra much like earlier, however, this time, I focused it on the area around my shoulder, connecting the electrons and neutrons with one another to stimulate the dead muscle just enough to move it.
A grimace forming across my face and a sheer push of chakra, I managed to move my arm in a quick, yet effective angle that rendered the kunai useless and sent it flying away from me as it neared me.
"Now put it back where it belongs!" >.<

Damage: N/A (5/turn to the user)
Description: By converting the users lightning chakra into electricity and infusing their bodies with small amounts of it, they are able to overcome paralysis or crippling injuries by forcibly moving themselves through commanding their own nerves and muscles with impulses caused by chakra. Dislocated limbs and numbing poisons mean nothing to someone who has mastered this allowing them to fight until their bodies are over damaged.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can not be used if the users chakra network is blocked,
- No wind jutsu while this jutsu is active,
- Can be maintained for three turn successively,
- Can be used two times per match with one turn gap in between each use.
