maybe because it absorbs the bijuu chakra, but a shinra tensei is gravitanioal force and that ST that 6 tails stopped wasn't a full powered one so yeah i don't see mokuton stopping a full powered ST

He repels & retract using gravity around his center and is time limited. wood release is the whole ****ing world against u. water+earth= woodr release. whole world> small gravity. plus big scale shinra tensei is different and can only go up to village size. funny part is one wood release move would make it futile Kagerō> big shinra tensei

I agree that Mokuton has too much versatility for ST to surpass (Mokuton branches off into several other techniques) but the logic behind it is a bit flawed. Isn't your first scan Asura's laser anyways?

Depends on the power put into the shinra tensei but I do agree mokuton will help Hashirama protect himself if he creates a sheer volume of trees. Comparing regular trees to mokuton is a bad idea since Yamato's mokuton showed much better durability feats against pressure based attacks compared to regular trees. Hashirama's trees are even stronger than Yamato's by a large margin.
