Yep time limit as in Danzo only had 10 seconds before it closed I believe. Maybe there's more but that's all I could bring out of it

and was originally used to "create".

while the ones danzo and obito used were helping them escape death

There isn't one. Everyone has Tobi's confused. They think a uchiha will last 6 mins but it doesn't he was s/t or 5 min then used inzanagi for a total of 6 mins. But inzanagi is only a minute long like Danzo's
