I would say he could destroy the village without resistance, but with everyone there knowing his abilities and the full potential of the village itself including all of the clans? I think that wouldn't be giving the village enough credit.

He attacked the village without warning, the people had no idea of their abilities and most of the most powerful people, namely team guy, the hyuugas, and Danzo/root were missing.

I would say the village would have a better time against naruto knowing all of his abilities and such.
