Kabuto could use Edo Nagato's Gedo Statue's dragon move to seal Obitos soul
Itachi's Totsuka Blade & Nagato's Human Path if utilized properly could end up sealing Madara

1.Muu can levitate in the air. And he can turn invisible so the Raikage can't see him and the Raikage isn't a sensor.
2.They are going to take it down regardless, since they consider it a form of a vs. thread. And Naruto vs Nagato is debatable, but Sasuke can't beat either of these guys yet.
