Restrictions and Handicaps: Both Madara and Naruto have Kurama. Obito doesn't have jinchuuriki paths as Kabuto is on the opposite team. Kabuto has ET prepped he has all the ET he's shown thus far with the exception of anyone who is already fighting in this match. Orochimaru only has ET should one of his team members die and an enemy is captured alive. Danzo has Izanagi prepped, but KA cannot be used offensive (so he doesn't completely control the an enemy and make them kill all the other members of his team) And Konan has her explosive tags prepped. Nagato has his paths. Everyone is prime(Nagato is mobile) and starts with full chakra for the sages they start in Sage Mode. Hashirama has all mokuton feats shown at any point in the manga, except those which belong to Obito, beyond that additional hype does not factor into this battle.

i dunno why mito tobirama rin and ino are here. though i suppose karin rin and ino are Et sacrifices so their team cant die.

Hashirama and Mito were partners and Hashirama and Tobirama worked togeth
Hashirama and Tobirama trained Hiruzen and Danzo
Hiruzen Trained the sannin.
Danzo trained Sai.
Tsunade trained Ino, Sakura, and Shizune
Jiraiya trained Minato and Naruto
Orochimaru trained Kabuto, the sound 5, Karin worked for him, suigetsu, Anko, Yamato and juugo were his test subjects.
Minato trained Kakashi and Rin

Madara and Izuna were partnerish
Zetsu was Madara's suboordinate
Madara took Obito under his wing.
Obito organized Akatsuki.
And got EMS Sasuke to join Akatsuki
