I consider the Sage of the Six Paths to be the strongest shinobi that ever lived.... though little is known about the Sage. he possessed powers beyond the realm of any human, he had serialg abilities like the "Creation of All Things" a technique that applied imagination and manifested imagination to reality giving the Sage the ability to create anything he wanted. The Sage also possessed the Rinnegan, a divine and the most supreme Dojutsu which are considered the power of god himself. With the Rinnegan he possessed all the Six Paths including the Deva Path: the ability to repel anything or attract anything with the use of centripetal or centrifugal force through the use of Shinra Tensei (Heavenly Subjugation of the Omnipresent God), Banshō Ten'in (Universal Pull), and Chibaku Tensei (Planetary Devastation) the ability to use centripetal force to construct a colossal meteorite with the use of a magnetic black orb. Hype wise the Sage is considered the strongest for subduing and defeating the Jūbi (Ten Tails) which is renown as the creator of the world, origin of chakra, and the supreme being as the original tailed beast. The Sage alone defeated and sealed the Juubi. By having Godly powers and defeating the 10 tails... this grants the Sag of the Six Paths #1 on our top 20 list.

Edo Madara Uchiha
Edo Tensei Madara Uchiha is the second strongest shinobi in the Narutoverse in my opinion.
1. Madara has powers that are almost equivalent to the power of the Sage of the Six Paths. Edo Madara posses the Rinnegan of the Six Paths. Though not yet showed to use all Six Paths he has shown to be able to use Preta Path and Outer Path (Gedō). Madara has the potential to use all Six Paths and all abilities Granted by the Rinnegan. On top of having the Supreme dojutsu Rinnegan, he possess the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (万華鏡写輪眼) and Sharigan. The Sharingan grants Madara powerful abilities like Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo, and powerful Genjtsu. He has seen to be able to manifest the strongest Susanoos, he has all forms of Susanoos including the fully stabilized Perfect Susanoos which is able to cut mountains and countries in half. His Susanoos is also able to bring forth a destructive technique called the Meteorite Technique in which Madara's Susanoo's forms hand seals with his Susanoo's arm and pulls colossal meteors from the earths orbit crashing down onto the earth where ever he pleases leaving collateral damage and catastrophic results. On top of that he possesses the fully stabilized Perfect Susanoos which is massive, it has a large sword known as the sword of hatred which can bisect countries and mountains. Madara also contains destructive Katon jutsu which cause immense damage. Madara also has the ability to create multiple Susanoos and can even compose an army of them. Madara possesses Mokuton (Wood Release) as a result of implanting Hashirama's Senju DNA, he can cause destruction through the use of the Binding Technique and send a flurry of branches and wood everywhere. He also possesses the ability to create multiple wood clones and summon a powerful Summon that is the "Wood Dragon" a summon which has the ability to absorb Bijuu chakra and has extremely large size.

Obito Uchiha

Obito Uchiha Ranks number #3 on my list because of his extremely versatile and high class abilities. Obito has a unique special ability that is unique to his Mangekyou Sharingan. He posses the ability of Kamui, the most powerful Space time Ninjutsu, gaining the ability by unlocking the Mangekyou Sharingan he has the ability to travel to a separate dimension exclusive to him only. Through the use of his eyes he is able to warp his body and travel to this dimension and travel to anywhere he wants by warping his body and reappearing in a different location. This ability is also offensive where Obito is able to appear to a close range of his opponent and warp there bodies to his dimension, there he is able to suppress them with Genjutsu and immobilize them. Kamui serves as a extremely useful and complex defense system where he is able to make himself intangible and impervious to any attacks, this ability sends his body parts to the other dimension and allows and appears to make all attacks go right threw him. Obito also wields one Rinnegan in his right eye socket. He is able to utilized Outer Path and control the Gedo Mazo the empty shell of the Juubi, he is also known to be able to use Human Path and soul extraction. With the Rinnegan he is also able to utilize the Six Paths of Pain, an ability where he is able to control Six bodies with the use of the Rinnegan and black chakra rods, Obito also posses Izanagi, a ocular technique where he utilizes Yin Yang release and is able to escape any fate that is undesirable to him by using one of his Sharingan in return of loosing vision in one of his eyes. With Rinnegan Obito is also able to use the Gedo Mazo, a massive humanoid statue which is the empty shell of the Juubi where all the tailed beasts are sealed. He is able to control it and cause massive damage on the battle field and use some of its abilities like "Gedo Mazo Chakra Blast". Obito also possess Hashirama's Senju DNA, half of his body is artificial and he has the ability of Mokuton, though not as powerful as Madara's or Hashriama's his is able to suppress Bijuu chakra and bind his victim. Obito also posses powerful Katon techniques which are extremely deadly. The versatility of his abilities and power gain Obito #3 on the list.

Nagato Nagato ranks #4 on the list because of his gifted abilities and like the predecessor the Rinnegan. As a boy Madara Uchiha gave Nagato a young Uzumaki the Rinnegan. Nagato alone being an Uzumaki was born with a strong body and powerful life force. Over time Nagato was able to harness the true power of the Rinnegan and was able to unlock its full potential. Nagato was able to bring fourth all Six Paths and the Gedo Path, something not even Madara Uchiha could do. Nagato was well versed in the Six Paths abilities, he was able to perform all of the techniques granted by the Rinnegan, he has been show to be able to perform Shinra Tensei, Bansho Tenin, Chibaku Tensei, summon the "King of Hell", soul removal, utilize animal path. He was also able to utilize the Six Paths of Pain, one of his most amazing feats is he was able to master all 5 basic elements and Yin, Yang, and Yin Yang Release. Nagato was also show to be able to summon the Gedo Mazo and use the technique Celestial Terra Blast.

Hashirama Senju
Hashirama Senju was the Shodaime Hokage of Konohagakure. He is by far one of the strongest Shinboi of all times, hailing from the powerful Sage bloodline the Senju Clan of the forest Hashirama was gifted with a superb and versatile ability known as Mokuton (Wood Release) one of the most powerful Kekkei Genkai in the Narutoverse. With Wood Release Hashirama was able to do a variety of things. He was able to bind anything with his powerful wood(SIDE NOTE: wood LOL), his Mokuton also possessed the special ability of being able to absorb and suppress Bijuu chakra and was able to use "Hokage-Style Sixty-Year-Old Technique — Kakuan Entering Society with Bliss-Bringing Hands" in which he was able to extract the tailed beasts chakra force and tame and suppress it. Hashirama also had the "Wood Dragon" which also possessed the ability to bind anything and abosrb Bijuu chakra. Madara at some point had every tailed beast under his control and had alone defeated EMS Madara and the Kyuubi.

Best Ninja's would be Obito and Orochimaru in that order for their ability to work in the shadows and manipulate others into doing the work for them. Shikamaru and Shikaku-Regarded as the smartest ninjas. Put either of these two with Naruto or a powerful character, and there is no enemy they can't defeat. Rock Lee became powerful only through taijutsu, which means alot in the narutoverse. We still haven't seen what he's capable of yet.

1. Sasuke

Who more a badass whip through the whole part 1. Firsting meeting a Sai , only too own him with a genjustu making him feel , then on top of that making him fear the sharingan .then, too order Orochimaru around telling him too hurry up, Then, go take a nap only to be woken up by a noob assassin blows the whole room up .Then, to see his old team the new team 7 blitz them then fodderlize Naruto, Yamato, Sai, and Sakura. Then just into Naruto subscioncess only to own the fox.

Then, you have when Orochimaru has Sasuke to kill 1,000 people. Sasuke see them all ,doesnt even blink ... defeats them all without kill them,and without a scratch.

Then you have Sasuke come attack his Orochimaru ... Only too fight him , and fodderize him with a genjustu.

Then , goes into a CM compound and defeat all of them without killing them. Only too fight the Originator of the CM , and defeat him. Then , later grab both of his teammates restrain them and asked if both of them wanted to get killed.

Also, he fights Bee who facks him up , but then Sasuke just own him with one justu. Amterasu :D

Later on, Sasuke search for his brother only to fight Deidara. Who get blitz'd by Sasuke , gets outsmarted, and made him so mad from getting owned he suicide.

Then , too go up to his brother Itachi to fight to the death.

Sasuke later on, goes to a meeting as a S rank criminal with the 5 Kages. Only to fight all of them taking one raikage arm, , and making Kazekage cry . Then, leave with no damage only to go kill the Hokage.


2. Madara-


Told the tsuchikage Muu and Oonok he dont give a fack what the Hokage told them theirs no alliances. Then he fodderize Muu(tsuchikage) and Oonoki both laying on the ground looking up at him.

He walked up to the Kyuubi(9 tails beast) and said your my ***** and too obey me. And made him his summon
Then, he was the only man to fight on par with Hashirama(strongest man of his time).

Later, on come back plays call the all of the 5 kages weak. While, kicking theirs asses playing, then he cracks a joke . Madara made 5 clones of himself, and asked do you want them to use Susanoo or not? Madara eventually gets bored then , just finish them . :P

Madara just goes to the other battle field . And tell Naruto he owned the Kage . Then he just started too own everyone, and then sat. While , his partner was getting fack up.

Then later the Juubi spawn the strongest tailed beast, and he just sat on the rock and ,said oh well

only to fodderize a sannin Orochimaru with a simply genjustu at 13.

Then , to walk into Konoha as a S ranked criminal.. only to fodderize fight Kunerai. He saw those her genjustu , than casted on her, and kicked her ass in the water. Appears behind her as soon as she got up.

Itachi eventually started to fight Kakashi, and outclass him. Only too eventually just one shotting him with a genjustu.

Then in the shippuden..A 30% Itachi start to fight Lady chiyo, Kakashi, and Sakura. itachi just moved his own FINGER n putted him in a genjustu with just a FINGER. WTF

Zabuza - His initial appearance plus resurrection brought fear into everyone. No one ever messed with Zabuza and got out unharmed.
Kakuzu - This guy had to have 6+ Chuunin Jonin kage level ninja in order to take him down. Not to mention he stole peoples hearts and used them as weapons.
Orochimaru - He put fear into all enemies except Itachi.
