I wouldn't count on that. It's not THAT fast. Orochimaru had no problem with keeping up with it and he isn't really super fast.

Also, Kakashi and Guy didn't seem to have any problems with not only seeing, but fending off several V2 jinchuurikis.

So, nah, it can still be warped.
