also fix ir back to where you go to the first person that posted before instead going striaght to you it thoroe off the rp mood and convo. it going to complain about months oldd threads that came back just lock it or deleted and let that person either make it again or improve it more

i suggest that the ninja world become linked with konoha inside it. therefore the realism stay the same. the difference will be that the shinobi can travel the ninja world without intentions of battle as if they did they would break the rule and therefore get infracted. it stay manageable then. if there are any improvements then anyone can suggest them.
