From the latest chapter we have seen Kakashi become better and better at his Kamui, now he can even teleport others to the dimension Obito and Kakashi have. Can Kakashi with his new Kamui levels beat out Itachi?

Please note that he cannot teleport to other places yet like Obito does, and both have low chakra levels.

Wouldn't Kakashi be able to cast Kamui even AFTER taking a Tsukuyomi? I mean, he was conscious, briefly, after the last one, and Tsukuyomi causes Itachi enough strain that him moving to a spot Kakashi can't hit him in time seems very unlikely.

Also, shouldn't Kakashi be able to break it, having the Mangekyou?

And the same technique hasn't ever worked on Kakashi twice.

Well, since it took every ounce of strength he had to stay standing, and mind you he failed at that. No i doubt he could even lift a finger, but i would give him a good chance for winning. Since kamui has a longer range he can maybe get out of range before Itachi gets to him. As i said it's gunslinger match.

But seriously, he has been able to use Kamui when unable to do much more than remain standing before. And even that uncertain. Remember how he looked after Obito's beatdown?

Itachi can use amaterasu on him and if he gets too close to susano he will get slashed and sealed + Itachi always likes to deceive people with his crow clones.

I still say Itachi high difficulty as Itachi has more one shotters compared to Kakashi and is the faster ninja. I don't think using a clone will help Kakashi avoid the effects of Tsukiyomi since the memories of the clone get transferred back to the main body once the clone dissipates.

There's no evidence Kakashi even knew the Mangekyou EXISTED before being trapped by Tsukuyomi, and a fair amount of indirect evidence supporting that he DIDN'T.

Do YOU read the manga? As the manga itself says that Kakashi can never master or become the master of sharingen.
