Kakuzu was alive when Madara and Hashirama were, so he knows about Susano and he was in the Akatuski with Itachi, so he also knows about Amaterasu.
Suigetsu is laughably weak against Lightning.
Jugo sucks, decent wind jutsu will cut him up nicely.

Hidan is enough for Karin and Jugo.
Kakuzu could take them all, he's highly underrated.

Suigetsu takes care of Hidan while Sasuke and Jugo can take care of Kakuzu. He's weak to lightning, and Jugo is a tank. Hidan isn't much of a threat here. If he manages to get past Suigetsu (which would be improbable), he'd just get crushed by a Susanoo arm. Giving Sasuke MS and taka is just overkill.

I would say Taka purely on what stage Sasuke's MS is in. If he is new to it and still adjusting to its powers from when he fought Killer B then Kakuzu and Hidan win. If his MS is anymore progressed than how it was in that fight then Taka wins.

Sasuke and Juugo would battle Kakazu and they have counters for most of his elements, his lightning hearst wont work on Sasuke and his Fire wont hurt him either since Sasuke has amaterasu and he can amaterasu all his hearts and he could amaterasu kakazu as well considering Kakazu has not shown any speed feats to dodge amaterasu. Also Juugo could tank most of his attacks.

If Suigetsu battles Hidan its a sure win for him cause even if Hidan does stab suigetsu he can use his hydrification technique. Even if Hidan manages to draw blood from suigetsu all Karin has to do is heal him up.

He can die so EASILY due to his careless anger any blast from kakuzu or just hidan easily taking blood. Sasuke with Ms doesnt make a difference, a fusion with fire and wind would be good enough. Kakuzu has 5 hearts guys.5 Hearts, Did you see his fighting skills
against kakashi? he is very strong and his Dettachable arms can pack a powerful blow. as the other guy said, suigetsu is LAUGHABLY
weak against lightning. Karin is just a joke probably be reviving sasuke because of all his deaths.

all he needs is a drop.

Kakuzu can still have one heart in, when he loses it. one of those black monsters go in.
he doesnt need all of them at the same time.
Sasuke will die before he releases susano'o.
