Alot of people are complaining about Kakashi's dramatic increase in stamina lately especially with Kamui, I think people have forgotten that Kakashi is the Copy Ninja, he specializes in observing others techniques. It's not necessarily that his stamina has increased so much it's that in this fight with Obito he's greatly increased his mastery over Kamui because he's been watching how Obito uses it. That's how he learned to teleport out of the Dimension and how he can transport and bring back something as big as the Hachibi.
