Juubi's holding back power.

In chapter 610 there's a point where Obito says I gave the Juubi to much of a conscious. This leads me to believe maybe the Juubi's not evil, and its holding back somewhat on Naruto, B, Kakashi, and Gai. It seems like the Juubi isn't as powerful as everyone's hyped it up to be. Even with Kurama, and Hachibi's chakra missing you'd think it'd be stronger. So maybe it's got good inside it after all, and its only fighting everyone because its being controlled, and its trying to hold back at the same time. Maybe not, who knows. Why do you think Obito made this statement, why isn't he Juubi as powerful as everybody's said (after all did you see the look on Naruto's face when he read its natural energy, I mean he looked scared sh!tless, and I've never seen Naruto look that way), is Madara, and Obito going to be able to control all that power, or will the Juubi turn on them. It's anyone's guess at this point with the way Kishimoto's been throwing plot twists here, and there. Give me your opinion NBer's, I'm interested to know what you guys think may happen.

As far as it not being as powerful as it was hyped to be: 1) It's incomplete, 2) Did people miss the whole bijuu-dama-laser thing? and 3) It's being controlled as opposed to running wild.

well before the juubi was split by the sage it was just a strong monster destroying shit
then it was split by the bijuus and got personalities then became friends with naruto then came back together so it was different then before
naruto is probably going to call their names or something and the bijuus might fight in their consciousness or something like that

I know it's incomplete I stated that, my main point is, is the Juubi somewhat good, I mean doesn't the Juubi feel and thrive from what the rest of the world does. So now that the ninja worlds getting along maybe the Juubi's has changed, and there's not enough evil in the world now for it to be evil.
