Kakashi Kamuied whole Hachibi and the tentacle is what he missed and was cut off. That's why he apologized to Bee.

I think he used subtistution jutsu, just like what he did in his fight with sasuke

So his tentacle was cut by the Juubi, then Kakashi warped it, then Gyuuki used subtistution jutsu to get to kamui dimension, then he got warped above the Juubi.

that would have been a fail from the start.
coz madara and tobi would have realized, whats coming and probably would have prepared a fitting counter attack.

and in that happened way, the bad uchihas thought "oh a flying arm...it is a diversion".
but in fact, it wasn't.
them uchihas couldn't realize as fast as they wud have with bee in plain sight.
and so it was crucial to throw the arm for bee to get that close to tagret without taking hits before he even launched tbb.

Nope, the above link explains it all.
Besides, it would NOT be the same if he turned into a tentacle - against Sasuke it was the tentacle that turned into Bee. Now you think of the opposite which is not exactly the same.

1) Kakashi apologized to Bee - that's because he missed one of his tentacles while kamuing him.
2) The last page shows some liquid/ooze coming from Hachibi's cut off tentacle, suggesting it was cut off just a moment ago.
3) What people think to be the cut off tentacle in the panel when Kakashi starts warping Hachibi out is in fact a cut off horn of Hachibi.

I don't believe Kakashi warped away the tentacle that was cut, and Bee did a substitution and came out of it. Kurama gave Kakashi his chakra, he's a tailed beast who has like a infinite amount a little of his chakra would be a enormous mount to Kakashi, giving him more the enough to warp away a Bijuu

but still, the line that doesn't fit in is naruto saying, he made a mistake throwing that arm.
can anyone explain that to me?

naruto said that, coz he threw that arm to cover the fact, he has thrown his clone and kakashi into the air.
