Naruto cannot get the Rinnegan unless he implant Sharingan's into his eye sockets... -_- If anyone will get the Rinnegan then Sasuke will.

and how is Sasuke going to get the Rinnegan exactly? According to Kishimoto you have to have Uchiha AND Senju DNA to even be able to awaken the Rinnegan

As to Naruto holding Chakra from all but Shukaku and the Hachibi well I can only assume that when Naruto touched hands with them in naruto 572. Son had already said that he gave some Chakra to him, so its natural to assume they did the same.
