They both won't, Sasuke lacks senju DNA for it.
And yes, naruto getting the rinnegan is the most retarded, far fetched idea the lowest of the idiots here have come up with.

and how is Sasuke going to get the Rinnegan exactly? According to Kishimoto you have to have Uchiha AND Senju DNA to even be able to awaken the Rinnegan
