Channel lightning chakra all throughout you body and use it to emit a steady wave of electricity all around you. Make it weak enough so that it can't be detected by normal means but strong enough that it will interact with other sources of electricity such as a living thing.

I have hidden a clone somewhere around here... without using your eyes I want you to find him. You may also note that Kunai give you a weird reading when using this technique, all metal objects will do this, it helps to detect where they are and what not

I begin to channel lightning chakra throughout my entire body, before releasing some emitting a steady wave of electricity all around me. the wave is extremely weak to the point it can't be detected by ordinary means, but it's strong enough to interact and bounce of off things.
Using this technique, I locate your clone hiding behind a tree, due to the electricity bouncing back to me. O^O

Anyways I have a few questions. Does this technique work on any substance? Even intangible?
Also it gives off a better signal when it comes to water | metal?

Good, good. The kunais would give you a better indication as they would be a cluster of them, it interacts with the electromagnetic field given off by anything that has substance. Maybe give an example of intangible and I can better understand and help there. Everything has some kind of electric field so it reacts with that field like how a shark finds its prey. Don't use it in water... you will get a shock

Kunais and metal would give a better signal as it interacts with the field in an odd fashion (too much science there)

Description: The user will emit a constant electric field from their entire body, too small to be seen without or have any physical effect on the surroundings. This electric field is designed to bounce off of objects and people rebounding back to the user, in this way the user has learned to “feel” the world around them for a limited distance and has developed a sixth sense about them. This field is especially sensitive to metals and other objects that conduct or emit electricity (water, animals, humans) allowing them to operate blind if necessary. This can be used to sense ambushes and when combined with the Chakra Sensing Technique makes for an unsurpassable ability to “feel” the enemies presence
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Remains active for five turns,
- Can be used two times per battle.
- User is vulnerable to water release, slightly shocking him on contact while this is active

Alright.
This is one of my favorite techniques, it doesn't seem powerful, but it actually is.
The beams of lightning, travel at fast speeds, and are basically solid. They surround the opponent from all directions, making it hard to counter all of them, and they release lightning which paralyzes the target for ten seconds. In our terms of role-playing, ten seconds is enough to kill a target just by throwing an explosive tag kunai. xD
Anyways, let's get onto performing the technique. Channel your lightning chakra throughout your body, while performing five hand seals, point your index finger, and release six triangular beams of lightning. Make sure they're extremely dense as in solid, and send them towards your opponent. As they get within range, manipulate each beam so that it surrounds the opponent, and slams into their mid section. The moment it slams into their mid section, it releases off a large quantity of electricity constantly, paralyzing them for around ten seconds.

Description:The user performs a sequence of five hand seals, then begins to point their index finger towards the target. A large blinding light begins to emit from the users index finger which can result as a distraction towards the enemy. The user shoots six triangular beams of lightning that emerge from their index finger. The beams of lightning then begin to head towards the opponent. The six triangular beams surround the target in a hexagonal formation. Soon after surrounding the target, the six beams of lightning slam into the target's midsection, holding them in place, and doing minor physical damage. Soon after the beams come into contact with the target, they release electricity making the enemy paralyzed, much like Nagashi, hindering the target's movement, and speed.

- Paralyzation last for ten seconds
- Can be used two times per match
- No lightning techniques in the same turn
- Can only be taught by Toshiro

As I say this I channel lightning chakra though my body and perform a series of five hand seals, after which I point my right index finger of which I release six triangular beams of lightning from. I use shape manipulation to keep the lightning densely packed so that it is like a solid object and packed with lightning to discharge after I trap my target. As they get in range of my target I manipulate them to surround my target, slamming into his mid section from six different directions all at once, binding him in place. The moment they make contact with my target, I cause them to release a large amount of electricity to paralyse the target, enough for roughly ten seconds.
