It is something i wanted to do long ago actually, when i realized that you really don't like the previous system we made.
Also i had many ideas, which was very hard for me to implement given some situations i will not talk about.

But above all, it was Versuvio's and mine determination to change some things that needed to be changed asap. And as everyone's true colors have been showed now, it was completely clear to us why the changes I wanted to do months ago were stopped before.

But please don't ask me more about this.

GENINS:

This is where everyone starts off, as a genin. To start giving fights you need to have at least 50 posts. Then you can contact a sensei responsible for the Genin rank and ask him to train you in your first element. You can use every (up to) E and D rank jutsu of this selected element.

CHUNINS:

To become a chunin you need to have at least 200 posts. Then you can contact a sensei responsible for the Chunin rank and ask him to train you in your second element. You can use every (up to) D and C rank jutsu of this selected element.

SPECIAL JOUNINS:

To become a special jounin you need to have at least 550 posts. Then you can contact a sensei responsible for the Special Jounin rank and ask him to train you in your third element. You can use every (up to) C and B rank jutsu of this selected element.

JOUNINS:

To become a jounin you need to have at least 1050 posts. Then you can contact a sensei responsible for the Jounin rank and ask him to train you in your fourth element. You can use every (up to) B and A rank jutsu of this selected element.

S-CLASS:

To become a S class ninja you need to have at least 2,400 posts. Then you can contact a sensei responsible for the S-Class rank and ask him to train you in your fifth element. You can use every (up to) A and S rank jutsu of this selected element.

SANNINS:

To become a Sannin you need to have at least 5,300 posts. Then you can contact a sensei responsible for theSannin rank and ask him to train you in your general battle and elemental knowledge. You can use every (up to) S and Forbidden rank jutsu of this selected element.

KAGES:

To become a Kage you need to have at least 9,100 posts. This is were you complete your training by practicing in battle everything you have learned so far. When you reach your Kage rank you have the right to submit your own custom element and it is considered that by default you know every jutsu of the main 5 elements and
you are able to use them in battle.

SAGES:

To become a Sage you need to have at least 12,500 posts and to have proved your abilities in battle in various occasions. When you reach that level you contact Rei by a pm.
A special mission will be given to you and depending on how you will handle that, you might be called a NB Sage. This title will give you more rights in the battle arena,as for example + 10 custom jutsus and the ability to submit your own Custom Clan.

CUSTOM JUTSUS:


Genin -> up to E and D rank jutsu of the selected element

Chunin -> up to D and C rank jutsu of the known element (s)

Special Jounin -> up to C and B rank jutsu of the known elements

Jounin -> up to B and A rank jutsu of the known elements

S-Class Ninja -> up to A and S rank jutsu of the known elements

Sannin -> up to S and Forbidden rank of the known elements

Kage -> no limitations & Custom Elements Jutsus

Yes they do, but you as senseis will be able to realize how skilled they are anyways, from their first posts. So if you see anyone really bad at fighting () you can tell me and we will work something out together. Although i don't think we will have many cases like that.
