Well they are up and they are exclusively my creation. If you have questions to ask, please do so here and either Caliburn, RokuNR or I will answer them. No other for now.
Of course for any flaws i am to be blamed.

hellsbadass: an example of a Time frame


Time frame

hellsbadass: does jutsu A, Jutsu B, jutsu C

Goro:does jutsu D to stop jutsu A as a result stops jutsu B-C; then does jutsu E-F

thats brakin the time frame. It was hellsbadass' turn to attack or first to attack (usually its agreed before a fight that hellsbadass was the first to post his move)
when it was goro's turn, he attacked hellsbadass b4 hells was able to do his move. this makes goro the first person to post =/

there are some cases where u can attack the opponent after his first jutsu but those cases occur when the opponent does 2 moves

Well its the spam supporting system again (better 1 though)
i think it'll keep Naruto RPG more active now
but the ones that don't have enoguh posts and had the higher rank before, i think we should make a senior or elite roleplayers group, just to show that they can fight pretty well but lacks posts
any1 agree's?

I would agree if there were many people that with no enough posts and but a high rank. There are about 5 people now in that situation and i plan talking to them directly so that they can keep their rank, no worries no one is gonna be de-ranked

You can't view any of them, cause they are currently hidden in a special section created for me, to help me make the new RPG. The rules for the jutsus have been changed also with the main change of the permission to submit 35 jutsus now and 5 per week.
Why it is hidden now you will ask.
And i will not say anything else, other than that i am protecting you and your jutsus. Also cause this is my personal defense to some people who did me wrong.

About the custom clans:

Not only you have to be a Sage but you have to complete a special mission set by me, so don't rush.

For your questions:

1. You cannot combine any known KG (for example: Sharingan + Byakugan)

2. The Sages here are not like Sage of Water etc, although you can be that if you want, but this is between the members to handle. What i have on my mind is something special for Sages, won't tell you yet. It is just a Rank for now.

Oh, and do the existing custom jutsus continue ? Presumably so, right ? If we want can we delete the customs jutsus existing ? How many max can we delete?

Yes, you have all your existing customs, nothing is deleted. You can delete as many of them that you want, but you have to update your thread in the Custom Users groups asap as you do that.
