Well for once Madara didn't use his OP moves against Naruto all he used was just a Wood Drgaon and the reason Madara is having so much trouble wtih Naruto is becuase Madara can't kill Naruto since he needs Kurama for the Juubi and Madara also wasn't serious with fight against Naruto and we all know what happens when Madara gets serious? that's right, shit goes down.

Well the kages aren't dead after all his OP moves so he can safely use them against Naruto. Not to say he have a stronger life force.Naruto can avoid the meteor or get rid of it with Bijuu Dama. I believe the wood dragon is a way more useful attack on Naruto than the Perfect Susano which explains why he didn't use it. Between, he used his susanoo and took it off after one blow.
