Technically Vegeta only blew up a planet in a filler arc, which was non canon. I suppose that technically Vegeta could probably bust a small planet at full power considering Piccolo nuked the moon casually but that would require all out power.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku is certainly a large planet buster but nothing more than that. I have seen no manga evidence that shows that Goku could bust more.

And I'd have to say that you're incorrect about Goku being the strongest fictional character, even in Dragon Ball he is not the strongest. Mystic Gohan was stated by the author to be superior to Goku iirc, not to mention the same Super Buu that Goku claimed to be inferior to was pummeled by Gohan. If we factor in Super Buu's absorptions of other people and fusions like Vegeto an Gotenks, Goku could not possibly be the strongest Dragon Ball character, let alone the strongest fictional character.

Plus Galactus is faster than light (a feat Goku cannot match) and even when weakened can destroy multiple solar systems. This alone dwarfs everything in Dragon Ball, I'd wager that Galactus at full strength could solo the Dragon Ballverse with ease. I'd suggest that you research more on these topics before declaring someone who disagrees with you an idiot, it's bad etiquette and demands a lot more debating skill in return.

For starters Broly is non-canon so there's a bunch of inconsistencies and whatnot regarding his power. As I recall Broly did go around blowing up the galaxy and whatnot, but I don't think it was ever stated that he blew it up all at once. If Broly could literally blow up galaxies then he should have had absolutely no problem with taking out Goku or any of the other heroes, but Broly in his initial appearance couldn't even defeat a pre-Buu Goku. To be honest I'd say that with the timeline and all, Cell>Broly and Cell was by no means a galaxy buster.

The problem with Broly is that the Dragon Ball movies screw with the canon and make things a bit complicated. But by no means is Broly a legitimate galaxy buster, and even if he was that alone could not take out Galactus.

All of that is just conjecture without any real evidence to back it up. Not to mention SSJ4 Goku doesn't really count, GT as a whole doesn't count as it's non-canon. As a stand-alone its feats are poor and the only thing carrying the power levels in GT are its connections to DBZ. Normally the non-canon thing wouldn't be a big problem but it's ALWAYS inconsistent when it comes to DB.
