Yes, she is. It was stated she's the granddaughter of Hashirama and as Hashi was married with Mito, from there you can do the calculations.

She's not half Uzumaki, her grandmother was one, her grandfather was Senju, she has diluted Uzumaki blood no doubt, but she's probably only a quarter Uzumaki since we don't know if her father was a full blooded Senju or if her mother was a full blooded Senju.

But point made she does have Uzumaki blood, just not 50%.

lol yeah think it was pretty obvious since the manga said that Harashima married Mito Uzumaki. It makes her and Naruto distant blood relatives but not sure how distant.

Ok Genetics 101 for those who say Tsunade is half senju and half uzamaki. That would only be true if Mito and Hashi were her PARENTS, not Grandparents. Which ever one of Tsunade's parents that came from Hashi and Mito would be half and half. Tsunade would be half of what her mom is and half of what her dad is.

Example. Her mom hypothetically is daughter of Hashi and Mito. Her dad is justa regular guy, then Tsunade is 1/3 Uzamaki, 1/3 Senju and 1/3 average. Think about this... If a biracial child (african american and white) has a child with a white person. the resulting child is not half black and half white. That child is 3/4 white 1/4 black. Same with Tsunade. We need to know what her parents were to conclude on this topic.

hypothetically speaking if her dad is just a fodder. We'll never know since I doubt Kishi will ever go into Tsunade's genetics. But for the sake of the topic we can all agree, she does have a little uzumaki in her..... if you know what I mean!

TSUADE"S MUM/DAD IS THE SON/DAUGHTER OF HASIHRAMA & MITO.

That makes tsaude at the minimum 1/4 senju and 1/4 uzumaki.

We don't know the other side of the family. It could be the same, it may not.
