I can see Obito trying to betray madara, but failing, then naruto and sasuke attempt to go after him, but he does one massive jutsu that wipes out the allied shinobi forces and naruto and sasuke. Then when all hope seems lost as madara is about to finish naruto and sasuke, obito does some big jutsu that severly weakens Madara but doesn't kill him and naruto and sasuke do some sharingan enhanced rasengan or rasen-shuriken technique that finishes the job and sai seals him

Naruto will end the way Kishi wants it to end.
