The 4th doujutsu's power,Revealed!!!

i was rummaging through the abilities sasuke might get to fight on par with naruto,without dying quickly,because really,he lacks stamina,durability and endurance,even if he has above average chakra levels.i started my thought from when;
1.at the begining,sasuke was portrayed to be a fast character,when he was taught chidori.before then,when sasuke awakened his doujutsu,he was able to keep up with haku,technically he was fast
2.during his fight with naruto,at one point,he became fast enough to counter even if he was only reading his movement.
3.when team 7 reunited except kakashi at oros hideout,he displayed a feat sakura called 'fast'
4.fought itachi,and kept up with itachi who was a fast character
5.mostly known uchihas are fast with a particular jutsu,eg obitos s/t jutsu,shisui the shunshin,madara is really fast,his reflexes is faster than sasuke's,since he reacted quickly to bm naruto by raising his battle fan,itachi is fast.
6.the last time sasuke fought itachi,itachi gave him a new ability,itachi and sasuke fought with kabuto,and before he left he poked sasuke in the forehead again,is it just me or is that deja'vu?the last time he did that,sasuke got another powerup.sasuke has ems now,and we all know apart from the fact you never get blind again,you get a new powerup,what if itachi did it again.
This brings me to sasuke's possibke fourth dojutsu's power.an eye technique that makes him looks fast,but last i heard the shinobi who was so great in genjutsu that he could alter the day in tsukiyomi,was itachi.but sasuke possesses his brothers eye now.what if sasuke could just cast normal tsukiyomi on the individuals to make him look fast,thereby matching naruto's speed.since sasuke has ems he could possibly spam it without wasting chakra,since naruto could also spam his coupled with susanno,that way the fight would be epic.the fourth dojutsu,the ability to slow down time.what if kishi gave naruto his speed feat so he will be able to fight sasuke in speed lateron

I too believe Sasuke will have a speed increase or something to simulate an increase in speed as you mentioned the manga has hinted at this many times him being compliment as fast by many characters.

Who knows, but I feel he has something other than lack of blindness....cause he needs just a little more to deal with Bijuu mode Naruto if the whole final fight happens

It's most likely just this:

Sasuke's susanoo+ Itachi's Susanoo= even stronger susanoo (possibly with weapons)
Sasuke's Amaterasu+Itachi's amaterasu: even stronger amaterasu
Tsukyomi+Tsukyomi= The ability to alter space in time without them looking in your eyes...and cast on more than one person. (Kind of what you said)

Maybe izanami or izanagi...maybe ps...who knows
