No this isnt true. We see he has Rinnengan at a very young age. He awakens it when his parents died. Before that he never used any ninjutsu we are aware of.

And I still say it doesn't have any sense, there were no ninja clans prior to the Sage. There's a world of difference between being a clan member and being an ancestor.
By the way, where in the manga it was said pure Uzumakis can't use Ninjutsu? Fuuinjutsu is Ninjutsu.

when did he say it's ''exclusive to uzumakis''.....he said it's meant for uzumaki's and the uzumaki's were known for it

I disagre. Senju and uchiha dna unlocked the rinnegan. Those are dna of the sage not of the juubi. Nothing relating to the juubi was required to unlock it, and techniques of a bijuu have never been passed down to children, as Naruto did not inherit negative emotion sensing or chakra transference from his mother, the jinchuriki of the nine tails. So the theory that the sage could pass down specific powers of his bijuu to his son is a little farfeched to me.

Has it ever occurred to you that the Sage conceived his children while he still had the Juubi's powers aka he was still its jinchuuriki?

Okay, I see your point. But, I never said he could? I dont know what the Juubi was capable of, but I will say this. His eyes, were passed down from the Juubi, I have explained why I think so. wood release was exclusive to 1st hokage . No other senju uses it . It was a mutation like reningan

We know the Juubi has rinnengan, we see it on him in 610. I submit that it is more improbable to think that the Sage AND the Juubi both had rinnengan going into that fight. We KNOW the Juubi had it. So what youre saying is that the Sage and the Juubi just happen to have the same eyes before the Juubi was sealed? Seems more unlikely than the Sage aquired the eyes after he sealed the Juubi.
