How does Itachi defeat Sasuke?

I know Itachi is a beast , and a badass. But, cant see him defeating Sasuke.

Sure, we all know Itachi wasnt trying to kill Sasuke. But...If we were too go off everything we seen Sasuke defeats Itachi.

Sasuke can break out of Tsyukomi. Also, he can see through any of Itachi genjustu. Genjustu is pointless.

Sasuke can block Amaterasu with Susanoo. Actually, Itachi doesnt have any ninjustu that can get through Susanoo.

Itachi Susanoo has the sage weapons , but Totysuka cant go though Susanoo.

Big Fact : Itachi has MS using Amaterasu, and Susanoo would drain his chakra quick. Also, he would go blind spamming MS techniques. EMS Sasuke can maintain Susanoo and use MS technique ,which use little chakra.

The main thing I see people say is Itachi is intelligent , but what good do that do if you don't have the power. Also, alot of people say Itachi never fights serious, so we dont know his power. Which is why we go off what we have seen. I just dont get how people Itachi wins?

He doesn't, I don't think even the Totsuka Blade works on Susanoo since it's not hitting the user, and prob not strong enough to break through Sasuke's susanoo to hit him. Susanoo is just chakra.

However Edo Itachi is a different story.

No, Sasuke and Itachi basically counters each other. The Key to the fight will be who has more stamina.

Yeah i know, just saying itachis stanima/chakra are acutally quite good if you observed the sasuke vs itachi fight.

Plus the fact that he managrd to sustain his MS for years without going blind implies he had good chakra control.
