1) he didnt kill deidara, he blew himself up and dediara attacked him first anyway
2) didnt kill those samurai, he only wounded them critically and spared them their lives
3) Didnt kill Itachi.... Itachi planned that whole fight out and even fell to his own death
4) didnt kill danzo, danzo blew himself up
5) only really killed zetsu clones but everyone has done that.....

Danzo was already a criminal when Sasuke killed him so that wouldn't be a crime plus he already helped stop Edo Tensei adn Ohnoki already stated whoever did that was a hero.

Well, you are talking about Deidara who was working for Akatsuki and Danzo was never liked even in his own village, so in the contrary, it's possible that Sasuke would get loved for that. It's even possible that the fact he stopped ET along with Itachi will make people consider him as a hero

I would say that the only crime sasuke committed that can't be argued with is leaving the leaf and becoming a missing nin. Most other crimes can be debated but going a.w.o.l. is a crime punishable by death, even in the narutoverse

- He left the Leaf without Hokage's/Government's permission
- Left Leaf to go with Orochimaru
- At least attempted to kill everyone he's tried to murder

It is still a big problem he did these things (and he did kill Samurai), but who knows how much Edo Tensei's release will help him as well as how helpful it really was...basically the only one left was Madara, Chiyo, and Kimmimaru....the latter two probably close to being taken down by KM Naruto.
