1. Attacked a Kage meeting, and killed many Samurai. Yes, it's in self defense, but he shouldn't of been there anyway, they we're doing right to fight Sasuke off.

2. Attacked a Kage rank Shinobi, even if he blew himself up and everything, he still attacked him. That's like shooting the president, but it misses, does that mean your not convicted of anything?

3. Joined Akatsuki. THIS IS A HUGE CRIME.

You don´t need to attack someone to be arrested-shot at a summit, or army base.
If you flee, or self/defend against a police/officer, and he gets hurt, better believe they come knocking on your door

Sasuke has been portrayed as a unforgivable criminal, which leads to the imminent clash against Naruto.

Although i see Sasuke turning side due to the truth being revealed to him regarding Obito's involvement with the kyuubi / Madara's plan. Sasuke and Naruto would fight as one but Sasuke would die the process and this would serve as his forgiveness.

I only see Sasuke being forgiven through death BUT in theory, Sasuke should be forgiven one way or another.

Sasuke has commited several crimes but the only one that was truly ****ed up was the attemp to capture Bee.

Killing Danzo was a crime as it was out of revenge but Danzo pretty much deserved to due himself as he was selfish and sacrificing people for his own good and not only Konoha's sake.

They are people that killed / caused people's death but were still forgiven and even attained / kept a high rank among the shinobi system.

The raikage attempted to kidnap hinata and asked to have justice when his man was killed attempting to do so. This led to the death of Neji's father. Konoha swallowed their bloody tears and Neji was left alone all to prevent war. His ass was saved.

Yet the Raikage stands as the commander of the army and people are chilling with him like he had done nothing wrong.

The sole difference is that people attach Sasuke's name to akatsuki thus make him an enemy to the whole shinobi world, while raikage was only an enemy to Konoha.


Gaara, he didnt a nice life, but he still killed innocent and random people out of hate of his own loneliness. Yet he is made Kazekage.


Sasuke should be forgiven but its clear that for the sake of the plot, Sasuke needs to stay an enemy in order to make things dramatic and keep his possible turn to the good side happen when the shinobi needs him most.

He just popped in 5 kage meeting and tried to kill bee, that is all required for him to be a s rated criminal.
