My prediction: they're still in Infinite Tsukuyomi. We're going to see the Shinobi Alliance win and Naruto become hokage.. in the dream world. Obito said that he would make Naruto hokage in such a world. Then Madara and Obito will win!

Good Chapter, but seriously what are the allied shinobi's gonna do?? they wont be able to make a dent on the Juubi that has unlimited chakara along with Madara that also has unlimited Chakara. Madara toyed and eventually ended up (i think) murdering the Kages. Without the The 8&9 Tails they wont even injure the Juubi. I guess, they'll just be pawns used as distraction while 8&9 recouparate. They need to switch to Oro and Sasuke. Cause I think Oro knows something about Madara

i think there is no new jutsu here.. i think naruto is just referring to the allied shinobi force.. "We are the Allied Shinobi Force... ...No Jutsu!!" thats it, allied shinobi force no jutsu.. and that wind cutting technique was made by those shinobi with fans at the back..

As for naruto's "new jutsu" i have a feeling that the translation is a bit off, and what he was saying was no jutsu is as powerful as... either teamwork / will of fire / insert cheesy plot no jutsu here...

It took me a re-read to figure out it wasn't Naruto who said that. People think that Naruto uses the "Wind-cutting technique" because the text bubble is right next to him haha.

On the bottom right you see the Juubii's action (tail whip) which creates a huge wind that blows towards the crowd where Naruto is and Madara's saying "Now we're not a disorderly crowd anymore...!!"

However, the next panel shows the wind being block by a rock and next shows a "wind technique" cutting through it.

You guys will probably see it better in the anime though.

Why the hell would he say Futton- Kazekiri No Jutsu!! and then another panel say ... No Jutsu!! ?? The translation is off and I believe he's trying to say that "No jutsu is stronger than being united / friendship / blah blah blah
