There seems to be a little confusion here. Fuuton Kazekiri isn't a new Naruto jutsu. In fact, it's not what he's about to do at all. The dialogue bubble from the bottom of page 16 and the top of page 17 got mixed up. Thats why on page 17 the dialogue appears to be coming from the bottom of the panel, and why it doesn't make sense for Madara, Obito and the Juubi to declare "We're not a disorderly crowd anymore!" (which in both, makes NO sense). If you mentally swap the dialogue bubbles from the bottom of 16 and the top of 17, it all comes together and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Fuuton Kazekiri is the jutsu being used by the Alliance fuuton users on the hill behind Naruto (pg 17) to cut through and thereby deflect the Juubi's shockwave attack whatever (and is not a new jutsu. It was used by ANBU when Pein attacked Konoha. They used it to attack Pein's Hydra Dog summon). It's Obito asking if they thought they were "well hidden" by the Sand's jamming justsu and the bug jamming justu of the Leaf.

The NO Jutsu Naruto is talking about probably refers to the Will of Fire or the will and unity of the Shinobi Alliance.

I wonder when did Naruto learned this new jutsu. And I'm with the others that this isn't a group or a ninja alliance jutsu (as a whole) because not all ninjas have a chakra affinity with wind.

Naruto did not learn any crazy jutsu, is everybody forgetting his training in the leaf forest. When yamato built that huge waterfall and asked him to split it with his wind chakra. I think its chap 319, pg 16. That how he was able produce a lot wind chakra for his rasenshurikin

My prediction: they're still in Infinite Tsukuyomi. We're going to see the Shinobi Alliance win and Naruto become hokage.. in the dream world. Obito said that he would make Naruto hokage in such a world. Then Madara and Obito will win!

That's why I said maybe he has the secret capability to make bunshins of others in such a way that they behave as if they where bunshins made the original ninjas themselves.
It is not a bunshin that transformed. Each ninja in the alliance has a bunshin in naruto's location, but they where made by Naruto using his own chakra.
It's a new big technique. It makes sense because he made the kage bunshin seal and it also contradicts Madara's statement that Naruto is multiplying his incompetence.
