Hello,

I'm making this thread with the hopes that some will come and enjoy debate and chat with a fellow fan about the mysteries of the "moon-eye plan" and essentially the moon itself, as it seems to be a heavy symbol throughout the manga.

The moon HAS significance, and the significance is crucial to the story! How? Why? Where? What?

Well I'm working on this and it's definitely incomplete, but I will be adding on to this original post as I continue to re-read the series and find more little clues and answers.

Naruto 11 page 03 | One Manga <--- MOON/bird carrying sword

Naruto 12 page 11 | One Manga <--- proves there was water/leaf conflict in the past

Naruto 14 page 08 | One Manga <--- proves at least 11 years ago madara took/was in power which was right after 9tails attack

Naruto 15 page 02-03 | One Manga <--- MOON + Ying/yang+sasuke looks like madara + mangekyo design on the scroll in the back *note title of chapter*

Naruto 15 page 18 | One Manga "can you see the future" "yeah you're dead" (exact words used by sasuke in itachi/sasuke fight later on) and after the fight a FAKE masked ninja appears (like madara after the itachi sasuke fight) with lies

Naruto 22 page 01 | One Manga sasuke+crescent moon (assuming sasuke means crescent moon, if you don't know just don't ask it's a long story)

Naruto 24 page 02 | One Manga <--- sasuke + moon + snakes + sword + dark

Naruto 35 page 16 | One Manga there's a panda on that scroll LOLOL

Naruto 39 page 16 | One Manga read the next page and then the next, guarantees a laugh

Naruto 43 page 02 | One Mangawtf is that old guy doing?

Naruto 44 page 01 | One Manga <--- forshadow of akatsuki? maybe just art, who knows?

Naruto 44 page 02 | One Manga <--- forshadowing of training with frogs and j-man

Naruto 62 page 01 | One Manga <--- strange... probably just art, though

Naruto 64 page 19 | One Manga <--- how the hell did hokage know?? (prolly itachi)

Now as you can see in just these early chapters there is some SERIOUSLY HEAVY FORESHADOWING!

You can't look at those covers and tell me the Moon doesn't play a significant role in this series.


Now it slows down as the story progresses, and I think that's because Kishi was busy with that and he honestly was revealing so much so fast (can you imagine reading that and seeing those frogs on the cover?) that he probably didn't want to give a whole lot away so he stopped. There is definitely a long period of time mostly during the chunin exams, where Kishi stopped foreshadowing mostly in the cover and in the story.

nice find. Yes they are tomoes, but remind me more of drum used by Wind God-Raijin. Luk wiki for details. Suddenly Byakugan is getting sidelined. Recent manga also showed Sharingan evolved from Rinnegan.
So As Peaceful said, this was a myth in narutoverse that sharingan evolved from byakugan.
