Nagato uses human path to take tobi's soul if he comes close,reverse summon with his animals will easily get him out of tobi's dimension if by some chance the gets caught,which is unlikely as tobi needs to touch him for that and nagato can grab him for the soul rip,apparentely,once it begins the person cant do anything else,as naruto couldnt do anything at all when nagato was taking his soul.

If Tobi tried to suck in Nagato, he would materialise in the process. In which case, a quick Shinra Tensei would do the trick. Similar to what Konan did to Tobi.

It's actually quite likely that Obito was actually the one who taught Nagato how to use it. I'm pretty sure Madara passed down the Rinnegan secrets to Obito, and then Obito passed them down to Nagato
