you have to post like a number of times to get it.
like once you get to 50 you'll become a genin , and then you'll progress

Post and reputation should raise your rank, and with people who have villages, it's for role play and you need to have a bio to join. Also, to make a bio you need at least 50 post and please read the rp rules before doing anything.
