My Competitive Team

Hello everyone been playing pokemon black 2 and white 2 i finally got ahold of a DS so i went and bought them....
im thinking about making a team for competitive battling now i dont know too much about this but i think this is a balanced team please pokemon fans tell me what you think

Blissey- Nickname: Egg Shooter Special Defense Wall
Item- Leftovers
Ability- Nature Cure
Nature Calm
Moveset- Aromatherapy, Soft Boiled, Seismic Toss, Toxic EVS- 4 HP, 252 Defense, 252 Special Defense


Haxorus- Nickname: Hax Sweeper
Item- Choice Band
Ability- Mold Breaker
Nature- Adamant
Moveset- Outrage, Earthquake, Brick Break, Daul Chop EVS- 36 HP, 252 Attack, 220 Speed

Fortress- Nickname: Walnut Staller
Item- Leftovers
Ability- Sturdy
Nature- Relaxed
Moveset- Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Rapid Spin, Gyro Ball or Volt Switch EVS- 252 HP, 176 Defense, 80 Special Defense

Skarmory- Nickname: Kamikaze Defense Wall
Item- Leftovers
Ability- Sturdy
Nature- Impish
Moveset- Roost, Spikes, Whirlwind, Brave Bird

Hydreigon- Nickname: Hydra Special Sweeper
Item- Life Orb
Nature- Mild/Rash
Moveset- Draco Meteor, Fire blast, Super Power, Roost EVS- 4 HP, 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed

and for my last

Gliscor- Nickname: Biowing Special Staller
Item- Toxic Orb
Ability- Poison Heal
Nature- Impish
Moveset- Substitute, Protect, Earthquake, Toxic EVS- 252 HP, 184 Defense, 72 Speed

OR

Clefable- Nickname- MAGIC Support/Healer
Item- Leftovers
Ability- Magic Guard
Nature- Calm
Moveset- Wish, Protect, Seismic Toss, Heal Bell EVS- 252 HP, 4 Defense, 252 Special Defense

Just needed to know if there could be changes made like replacing a pokemon and a question for the last one on the list which should i choose or should i choose either? and could you help me come up with a Lead for the list i gave thanks a bunch keep in mind this is my first team i made by myself so it could be complete crap i dont know and also if you have nothing helpful to say please dont comment :P i will report as spam thanks :D

Blissey HAS to have 252 HP.

Blissey's defense stat is so horrendous it's not worth it to invest anything into it. Believe me. Your move set is good for blissey though.

Your team has a heavy weakness to ice and fighting.

You have a lot of entry hazard moves, but nothing to counter an enemy rapid spin. I personally like using Dusknoir as a Phsyical wall (he also is immune to rapid spin).

I would suggest only using Steal Rocks as your entry hazard move.

If you wanted to pick a good phasing pokemon to replace skarmony, I would go with Snorlax. Teach Snorlax Yawn and Whirlwind. Use Yawn, Opponent switches to take entry damage, then is hit by whirlwind to take entry damage again. I use it A LOT on pokemon online and it works wonders in the tiers I use it on
