The combination of S-rank water (80 damage) and boosted B-rank lightning (50 damage), makes a combination attack of 130 points. Your swords infusion is equal to A-rank, which is obviously not enough to defend against the technique. If you disagree, get a mod to overrule me.

One the S rank water is reduced to nothing as the earth would get rid of itk Doton chakra then the Ligthing boost it back up a few points then my a rank earth would cancle out the water and lower the Ligthing so the worst that would happen is that I'd be shocked a little I might be wrong

It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.
