Ikazuchi Kata: The first form (Form of the Thunder and Lightning God) in which the user relies on fast and direct movements to attack the opponent.
Kagatsuchi Kata: The second form (Form of the Fire God) in which the swordsman utilizes their entire bodies to produce powerful attacks capable of breaking through steel.
Oboro Kata: The third form (Form of the Moon God; Form of the Void) where the swordsman uses specific body movements to simultaneously dodge an attack while also closing distance.
Mizuchi Kata: The fourth form (Form of the Water God) where the user performs fluid movements by changing their grip mid attack. This causes the attacks to suddenly and fluidly change their course allowing them to slip past the defense of an enemy.
Dokou Kata: The fifth form (Form of the Earth God) where the user focuses on stout and powerful defenses to deflect, disarm or destroy an opponent's weapon while opening their defenses to attack.
Okay, good. Now at the base of each of these styles is one important concept: utilization your body to its fullest without wasting a movement.
*walks over to you with a hand full of small senbon*
Now, I'm going to place these needles in certain points. Normally they won't hurt, but if you move a muscle affected by them you'll feel a sharp pain. The point of this is, we're going to get you to use only the muscles you need and strengthen them.
*places the needles in your body*
Alright, now I want you to practice basic slashes with your sword.
As Kanade is pricked, she draws Shisui from its scabboard, groaning from the pain, she takes the chudan stance and begins slashing, starting with a downward vertical slash, then a horizintal slash from left to right, ending with a diaginol slash from right back to left and keeps repeating it over a period of time having the senbons hurt as she moves but she is learning to endevor it
As the apple is thrown at Kanade she was in the middle of a slash where instead she changed the direction of tge blades path having it twisted and slashing the apple as it arrives towards her, passing her sliced in half. The senbons still hurting but Kanade is adjusting to it and continues her practice learning to endure the pain, changing and trying each moment to learn to not to waste anymovements
As you attempt the slash the apple the pain from the senbon causes your slash to alter its path, missing most of the apple and instead shaving off a shallow piece from the side. The rest of the apple smacks you in the face causing you to fall backwards.
Kanade gets up and continues slashing and alternating in her stances making sure all her positions are covered and taking the pain her slashing are not altered and keeps going ignoring the pain and become much more relaxed now but still able of keeping her blade on target
Don't ignore the pain, if you ignore the pain that means you keep on doing the same movements that cause the pain, which defeats the purpose of the training.
T.T argh..Kanade listens and restarts over this time alternating between her footing and the movement of her hands, feeling the pain around her body, intensely pricking her as she moves but she stills tries hard and keeps concentration and allowing her blade to flow around with her movements feeling the senbons reacting to her movements
As the second apple is thrown,Kanade with her back turned moves her foot around feeling the pain, horizontally swinging her blade to her left as she turns around looking at the apple slices, feeling the pain from the senbons but continuing to move flunently around
Since you want to master those, we'll save them for last. So lets start with Kagutsuchi kata.
The first technique:
(Kagatsuchi Kata: Hibashira) - Form of the Fire God: Pillar of Fire
Type: Attack
Rank: B/A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20/30
Damage: 40/60
Description: The form of the fire god is a stance of the Ogame school in which the swordsman focuses on raw power for their attacks. In this technique the swordsman holds the sword over their head in their right hand with the tip pointed down so the blade is vertical and splitting their face. Their left hand is held horizonatally over their head with the fist bisecting the right elbow. They then flick the sword up while at the same time flicking their left hand up so both the sword and their left hand are now pointing up, and then they will bring the sword down in a whipping motion putting the full force of the attack in the tip of the blade. They use their entire body by dropping to the ground and bringing the left arm down as well to create as much power as possible. This makes their attacks capable of breaking through standard weapons such as kunai, shuriken, and even other standard swords. This technique can be upgraded through the addition of fire chakra causing the blade to glow red and sear through its target.
-Can only be used by a person trained in the Ogame school of kenjutsu.
-Can only be used twice per battle.
-Can be seen here if the description isn't clear enough: http://www.mangareader.net/408-26588...chapter-3.html
Now go read Gamaran ch. 3 and explain to me the technique in your own words.
Well user will take there blade with there right hand, having the blade pointed downward, then moving the left hand over the two will be in line of each other, the left horizontally hand is brasing with elbow flicking it at once to bring it upward and taking the blade and moving there arm to create more force to the tip to slash and break though standard weapons
As Kanade recives the instruction, she steps back a few feet and holding her sword, she points the blade downward, with her right hand, having the blade pointed downward, then moving the left hand over the two will be in line of each other, the left horizontally hand is brasing with elbow flicking it at once to bring it upward and taking the blade and moving there arm to create more force to the tip smashing thought the metal staff
*sword breaks through the staff and disperse the clone*
Good ^_^, that ones done.
On to the next one:
(Kagatsuchi Kata: Gurensen) - Form of the Fire God: Spinning Crimson Lotus
Type: Attack
Rank: B/A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20/30
Damage: 40/60
Description: The form of the fire god is a style of the Ogame school in which the swordsman focuses on raw power for their attacks. In this technique the user stands with their right arm across their body bent at the elbow so their form is vertical and the wrist is in front of the left eye. The left arm is held perpendicular to the base of the right forearm across the chest and sword in the left hand with the blade extending back behind the swordsman. They will then drive their right elbow back and up while swiping the sword in the left hand horizontally across their body. This creates a circular attack that can strike multiple enemies with tremendous power capable of slicing through standard weapons within short range. This can be upgraded by adding fire chakra causing the blade to release a wave of fire to mid-range when swung.
~Can only be used by a person trained in the Ogame school of kenjutsu.
~Can only be used twice per battle.

Read ch. 35, and explain it again. Link won't work again.
The person holds the blade behind the head with there right hand, with the elbow bent. The user then placed his arm in between the right arm,the that little pocket and then as the targets coming he moved his right arm down and slashes the targets.
