It's debatable, Danzo was able to cut through several layers of susanoo with just a standard wind attack with the help of that elephant summon, rasenshuriken is a lot more powerful wind attack so it could probably cut through it and the explosion could cause damage. It doesn't matter since Naruto has a tbb which would definitely break it.

Personally I don't think it will. When Gaara saw Madara's Susano'o, he instantly remembered experiencing Sasuke's Susano'o. He reacted by saying that it made head on attacks ineffective. Of course you could say that Gaara "didn't know" of the Rasenshuriken's power but that seems more like an author statement to me.

Nonetheless I doubt we'll know for sure unless it actually happens.
