Ok get ready for some serious ass wooping.


We know that jutsu needs thr fox's chakra and the fox is building up his chakra again.


So we have a couple of options here for what that jutsu is,

1) wind-shurken bjuu dama

2) That jutsu is in fact a new type of cutting technique that cuts on a massive scale, ie moon etc..

Time to use imagination.


But finally the jutsu Jiraiya and Minato worked for so many years is finally coming.

Sorry to rain on your parade guys, but... i think this guy's right:

He doesn't have a new Jutsu... What Naruto was referring to was the joint alliance. People are just confused about it. You really think Naruto has a wind justsu that is stronger than any Jutsu ever shown in the Naruto world so far? Naruto is just speaking metaphoric about the Shinobi Alliance being the strongest "Jutsu". This just refers back to what Madara and Obito stated to Naruto about using clones to increase his number being futile and w/e.

It isn't a new jutsu. If you looks at the previous page, Naruto says "We are... the Shinobi Alliance..." then on the next page he says, "...No jutsu!" He's referring to teamwork/friendship and some other crap to beat the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

That 'wind-cutting' technique came from some random ninja to clear the fog, not from Naruto.

GO see here , :D , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ws45H8GK5E , Its just normal wind style jutsu , but may become powerful when used together with the other wind style users ..., or ,.. may be it was used to counter the huge wave made by Juubi , cuz I saw many shinobi with fans on the last page ... :D
