Who would win, let me point out a few things first. Sakura is smarter than Hinata. Sakura is physically stronger than Hinata, Sakura can heal herself. Sakura has evassive skills (usefull agaisnt Hinata's attacks). Hinata's attacks are VERY fast. Hinata can use rotation to shield herself. Hinata also has those tiger fists which would be useful. Personally I think Sakura would take this.
