Looks: Law is a slim man of average height. As for his facial features, he has faint shadows right under both of his gray eyes, and his mouth is usually seen in a smile. He has dark blue hair (black in the anime), a majority of which is obscured, save for his sideburns and small black goatee, by the northern-style fur hat that Law wears, which is white and has spots on the bottom and along the rim. He is seen wearing a black-sleeved yellow hoodie with his Jolly Roger out on the front of his chest and the sleeves rolled up. Law also sports a pair of jeans with odd markings on both the knee and ankle areas, similar to the ones on his hat, but darker in color, and a pair of dark, pointed shoes. He also sports a pair of small earrings on each ear. He has many tribal-style tattoos on his arms; on his left hand, in particular, are the letters D, E, A, T, and H tattooed in black each on the back of his fingers. Originally in the manga, only his thumb was not tattooed, with the letter A missing. Later on, all of his fingers were tattooed complete with all five letters.[6] He also has a black cross on the back of his right hand. On his left wrist is the Porcupine tattoo, which bounds him to the Porcupine contract.
Personality:
Law is an extremely laid-back character, who is nearly always seen smiling (although not with a huge grin.) The only times he is shown not smiling was when he is incredibly shocked, explaining something to other people, frowning in deep thought, or deeply embarrassed. However, he hates being ordered around. He is, however, capable of knowing when he and his immediate friends are in a pinch, and is not above resorting to forging brief alliances with rivals for survival. He speaks in a politely sarcastic manner. He appears to be honorable enough to refuse taking credit that is due to others. Law also appears to have a sense of honor (or at least respect for those he sees as potential rivals in the future). Despite Law's blunt and rather cruel demeanor towards others, he has shown to have some sense of compassion. Law is also very blunt when responding to people.

History: Law was born in Konoha. As a child, he lived with his mother, uncle and aunt. His father had died in the Second Ninja War. One tragic day during an invasion on Konoha, a man broke into his house and attacked them. Law tried to fend him off, but due to lack of training, was unable to stop him. After being beaten by the man, Law watched in despair as his mother threw herself in the way of a high powered Katon. She died immediately and Law fell out soon afterwards. When he awoke, he was informed from his aunt that his uncle managed to arrive just in time to save them, but couldn't save his mother. Angry, Law made a vow to always get stronger. In order to always be strong, he adopted his uncle's radical training regimen, which included lifting hugely heavy weights, intense physical training in the wilderness and mental training. This resulted in Law having a healthy, well-built body. After getting what he felt like the maximum amount of strength from Konoha, he left the village on a journey. On his journey, he encountered several people. The first person he encountered was a man named Dei Dei. Dei Dei taught him some wind and lightning. After a while, they parted ways.

Continuing on with his journey, he encountered a man by the name of Norwegian. Law and Norwegian battled. In his arrogance, Law underestimated Norwegian, which lead to his defeat as Norwegian planted a wind jutsu on his chest, leaving a permanent scar. Norwegian then dropped Law off at the hospital. When he awoke, he vowed to get strong enough to beat Norwegian. Law then met a man named Migualon. He became friends with Migualon and grew to respect him greatly. Migualon agreed to teach him, helping him with his Fire greatly, helping him master it. Law and Migualon then parted ways. Further along his journey, he met up with Xanthe.

Him and Xanthe became friends, like with him and Migualon. Under Xanthe's direction, he was able to master water. Later, he came across Norwegian again. Using his newfound jutsu, he challenged Norwegian again. Norwegian and Law battled it out for a long time, but finally the match ended with Norwegian beating out Law. Law then made a deal with Norwegian, that both od them would get very, very strong and battle one day. Law then silently declared Norwegian his greatest obstacle and enemy.

Law then arrived in Sunagakure.

In Sunagakure, he met Ragnoroc. Ragnoroc and Law became friends and Ragnoroc trained him in Lightning. Law almost mastered the element under his teachings, but Ragnoroc left Suna for a time, ending Law's training in the element. Ragnoroc has since returned, but they haven't shown any signs of resuming training.

One day, Law encountered a man by the name of Mangekyou. Lawand Mangekyou began to battle. At first, Law underestimated Mangekyou. However, after almost getting killed by his Earth jutsu, Law realized going easy would get him killed. Law and Mangekyou battled for a while, but ultimately ended with Law tricking Mangekyou into severely harming himself. Law then left Mangekyou where he layed, reasoning that if they were meant to fight again, he would survive. Sure enough, Law encountered Mangekyou shortly afterwards. They battled again, but Mangekyou won.

Law then left Suna for a little while for another journey. On his journey, he came across Roronoa Zoro. Seeing how he wields three swords, he became interested in learning Kenjutsu, but hasn't found someone who can train him.

While on this journey, he came across a man named Sharingdork. Sharingdork began teaching him Earth. Law made lots of progress with Sharingdork. However, Sharingdork had to leave him.
Not wanting to leave the people he was training with the short end of the stick, Sharingdork managed to get a replacement, a woman by the name of Korra. Gladly accepting the training, Law was able to master the training.

One day, Law was struck with some tragic news.

He heard that Norwegian had suddenly vanished without much trace, and it was assumed he was dead. Law then realized that Norwegian was not his enemy, but a friend and rival who had pushed him indirectly to become strong. He then made a tearful vow to fight the Norwegian again, no matter what.

Shortly after, Law began to long for journeying again. To do this, he defected from Sunagakure and made his way towards Kumogakure. As he made his way towards Kumo, he met a man named Keotsu. Keotsu agreed to teach him the Lightning Element. Under Keotsu's tutelage, Law was able to master the element.

He then met a man named Akihiko. Law and Akihiko became good friends and Law began to receive training from him. Law learned Genjutsu from him and is currently learning Kenjutsu with him. Law has since arrived in Kumo and loves his new home. His new goal is to become a medical ninja.

Law also encountered a man named Broly. Broly and Law battled, with Law coming out the victor. Shortly after, they fought again and Law lost. Law asked Broly for a rematch, but Broly declined and insisted they fight later, to which Law promised he would murder him.

He also met a man named Teno. Despite the two not being particularly fond of each other, Teno allowed him to sign to his Porcupine contract.
