As the man falls to the water below (the counter to Serpent's summon/water was never really finished, so I see no reason why it shouldn't be there) as his bird poofs away (the turn limit has been exceeded), his hood falls back revealing the face of a man with orange hair and a stubbly beard. As Gildarts looked up at the man who confronted him, from the surface of the water which he, like any ninja, landed on, he examined the large, bandaged sword in the man's hand, comparing it, mentally, to what he learned in his time with the Mist. (If your sword isn't bandaged, then it's even easier for me to compare it.)

Channeling his chakra into the air around him, Gildarts claps his hands (for no purpose other than added effect), and lowers the temperature of water molecules throughout the range of his jutsu, which is basically the whole village (we're at the gates, Scrops is on the Hokage monument, he resopnded to a mid-range gen, this is a long-range jutsu), to awaken germs within the bodies of everyone in range. With the germs awakened and diseases forming, Gildarts quickly strings his hands into a series of five handseals, transforming himself into a condor of fire, which then splits into ten different condors of fire, nine of which (not including the condor which is Gildarts coated in flame) fly to the wall of the village, where the water meets the wall directly below of where the man who confronted Gildarts is standing (I assumed you were on the wall...). With this distraction, Gildarts flies backwards and alights in one of the trees, his fire burning off all the leaves and small branches, but leaving the main trunk of the tree for Gildarts to stand in, watching.
My buisness is to carry out orders, as yours should be also. But I must warn you... I don't like going easy. Not matter the task!

Note: A med ninjutsu that can cure all diseases can cure it or a cure for every disease at once. Plus it can also be prevented if you body tempature is high
Note: Effects both the user and the opponent and effect wares off when user dies.

Description: The user will form a row of 10 handseals, he will then disperse into 10 highly compressed katon flames that are shaped like condors. The condors will then soar through the air at great speeds at the opponent. 1 condor will be the user and will travel to the desired location that the user wants and the user will appear from that condor while the other 9 condors soar through the air and attack the opponent. The condors hit the opponent all at the same time. On impact the condors will explode in a huge fiery explosion that covers the area . Once the condors explode all surroundings within mid range will be covered with 6ft tall flames.
-If the user has signed the condor contract then this jutsu will only require 5 handseals.
-No Katon for the next 2 turns.
-Can only use this jutsu once per battle.
-Can only use 2 jutsu on the next turn.
-No Katon jutsu before this jutsu.
-The turn that this jutsu is used, the user can only use one more jutsu so this jutsu counts as 2 moves.
-If the user is caught in the explosion then he/she will die.
-Can only be taught by ~Yard~

I then start to feel a great chill. Samehada then quickly reacts letting me know that, that was a jutsu you just did. Once Done I see you get ready and do a set of handseals. Soon as you do the first one. I then do 1 handseal. Once done, Water from below you start to take form in the shape of a water dragon. As the water dragon is formed. It then launches upward at you. Causing major damage. Not only that but stopping you from doing your fire jutsu.

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

Once You launch up in the air due to the water Dragon. I then Quickly Use the huge water source that we are on. . I then do 1 handseal again and form a huge Shark from the large water source coated in lightning (used in conjunction) Giving my shark missile an attack of 130. I then launch the shark at you with great power. This would be around the same time you get hit by my water dragon or around the same time you made an attempt to counter it. The shark is beyond powerful and would shred you to tiny pieces.

(Suiton: Daikōdan no Jutsu) – Water Release: Great Shark Missile Technique

Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

When his handseals become interuppted, Gildarts, while being thrown into the air by a water dragon, changes his chakra nature, and punches into the water assulting him, exploding the water dragon and turning it into a light drizzle around the water source below. Then as Gildarts looks ahead and sees a giant electrified shark comming at him,

Glancing down to confirm his horrid suspicions, that he was, in fact, not standing on solid earth, thus rendering his doton affinity useless, Gildarts focused chakra into the water and generated a large wall of sharks which come up and rain down upon the massive shark comming towards him. The sharks redirect the lightning and wear down the large shark until it is a weakened blob of water (B-rank at best). Then, as the larger shark tears through the wall of smaller sharks, Gidlarts winds up and punches the large shark in the snout, sending it into a mist-like shower which rains over him. Gildarts then sneezes, a mixture of mucus, spittle, and a little tint of red from blood comming onto his sleeve.

Staring at his opponent, Gildarts wondered what was happening; he was not moving, nor was his sword responding to the chakra in the air, generating more and more germs within its master's body (due to the water technique). Shrugging, Gildarts weaves five handseals and shrouds his body in flame, which separates into nine other condors of flame, creating ten blazing condors. The nine not containing Gildarts fly into the gates of Konoha, at the very least breaking a hole in their concentrated area large enough for a human to fly through. With his body temperature raised and the capability of flight bestowed upon him, Gildarts flew through the gates of Konoha, and to the Hokage's mansion to assist the maiden he had accompanied to the outer wall of the village.
If you want to stand around, I'll keep moving...
