So I'd say no , he can't.
I thought he only sealed half because he wanted the other half for Naruto.. His first choice was to seal the entire 9 tails in Naruto but Naruto would not have been able to sustain the entire Yin and Yang chakra.

What could he seal it into?
Even if he could, it would take him at least a few months to prepare a seal of that magnitude (if he can even do that), so no.

I agree with u corpscommander,he cld hv bt only put half 4 him to stop obit/so it shows he may hv da capacity to seal da entire jubi.
