I Don't think that Mei's Mist will work on Zabuza , and vice versa.
Mei's lava is too weak and slow , it's easy to dodge ,also Her Boiled mist won't be that Dangerous when they're fighting in an Open field.
and She doesn't have impressive Water jutsus.

That demon fish is very Large , and Suigetsu is in the Middle of it , I Don't think that her lava can pierce the Water and reach him , It will react to water the moments it makes contact with it.
Zabuza can make bunshins too , don't underestimate him.

I'm not underestimating him, but he isn't on Mei's level. Mei is a Kage, and Zabuza is mid- high jounin. Part1 Kakashi was an Elite jounin and he defeated Zabuza. But Mei is stronger than part1 Kakashi.

Why can't her lava pierced it? I already proved she can turn his water body into rock.

Zabuza won't defeat Mei alone , He have suigetsu in his side.
First , His Demon fish is large (hachibi size) , i don't think she can cover it all with Lava , Water Evaporates when it touches the Lava (See Kisame vs roshi) , and Even if she turns that demon fish to rocks , Suigetsu won't be harmed because he is in the inside where Attacks won't easily reach him.
He can buy time for Zabuza to land his final hit , like Cutting her head with His Butcher sword.

And how can they make this in a CAVE? The first location is a cave.

Mei was able to do 2 water jutsus right after the otherIIRC,she first extinguished madara's flames and the fired a water dragon. In a cave she wins mid diff

in a lake she could blast zabuza with a water dragon,her acid mist would make getting close to her suicide. Her lava will overpower suigetsu's water,she can fire the larva right at his face,it will evaporate the water around his face and hurt him,she can fire a large scale water dragon since there is water to use instaed of using her mouth,if she could creat a water dragon that size from her mouth,then she can make an even bigger one from the lake

of course mei wins. her ninjutsu are on a far greater destructive scale than either of her opponents. ultimately her acid will be the undoing of her opponents. she fills the mist with acidic mist and that takes care of zabuza, then she fills suigetsu with acid which kills him. game over.

Zabuza solos because of his superiority in taijutsu and silent kill able to attack someone with sound alone and kubikibôcho has a great range. Both are suiton users so their suiton attacks will cancel each other. Water can also cancel lava theoritically, so it will bring nothing. Mei has not shown water clones in the contrary of Zabuza who could use them as feints to finish Mei who would be caught off guard. If you add Suigetsu, it would be easier since she can't handle the 2. Just imagine if they were both spamming their suiton attacks on Mei. She can't even hurt Suigetsu anyway

Not if it's a Water Clone, which is how Zabuza will get the idea to not move so close to her and to use his Suiton techs, such as Giant Vortex Jutsu, which she wont be able to sense and avoid because she is hidden in the mist. Mei doesnt know Silent Killing, the only reason she used mist the only time was to avoid Madara's Sharingan, thats it, she cant locate anything with sound alone like Zabuza. So Mei would then get swooped away with the Vortex, and it will leave her defenseless because it took out Zabuza, the guy who could with stand a dozen swords impaled in him while still fighting full force with a kunai in his mouth. That being said, it is evident Zabuza is just physically stronger. So once she's defenseless, Zabuza can just blitz behind her and use Water Prison Jutsu, then its game over. Zabuza solos.
