Not starting sentences with conjunctions is primary school business, there is no reason not to be able to start a sentence with 'and,' even Abraham Lincoln used 'and' at the start of sentences.

i guess presidents are super smart now...im in college and your not supposed to do it technically you can but ur not supposed too....
